As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team in Waterloo
What you'll do Manage an assigned portfolio by applying consistent, accurate, and proactive credit practices.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to credit team members on account management, credit regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure effective account oversight in full compliance with internal policies and applicable external laws and regulations.
• Oversee timely resolution of customer disputes.
• Identify and escalate material credit risks to management as appropriate.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of credit policies and procedures.
• Prepare reporting packages for multiple business units for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, including activities related to month-end close.
• Participate in daily team activities such as huddles and provide clear direction on priorities.
• Provide backup support to the Credit Manager.
  What you need Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills — required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail — required.
• Experience training or guiding others — required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial credit experience — required.
• Advanced Excel skills — required.
• Understanding of financial controls and related procedures— required.
• CCP designation or experience working in a publicly traded environment — advantage.
• SAP experience — advantage.
• Willingness to work overtime during financial reporting cycles and to support global business requirements

Salary Range:

$56,200.00-$74,900.000
