Reporting to the Managing Director in Vancouver, this position is responsible for delivering qualified talent to support job requirements. No experience is required as we have one of the best-in-class training programs to ramp you up

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Account Executives to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements;
• Develop and manage strong communicative relationships with consultants;
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
