Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

The Quality Control Inspector will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our produce meets rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing produce to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform visual inspections, measurements, and sensory evaluations to assess the appearance, taste, and overall quality of the produce.
Identify and document any deviations from quality standards, including defects, contamination, or other issues.
Collaborate closely with farm personnel and management to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, including detailed reports and documentation.
Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the agricultural industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Excellent observational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
Knowledge of agricultural practices, produce grading standards, and food safety regulations.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
