    We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Customer Program Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role provides collaborative support to Sales and Business Development for new and competitive business quotes for manufacturing, product solutions, repair or design services as well as the on-going management of the account.

    Detailed Description

  • Develop and execute strategic programs that drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within our customer base.
  • Utilize a growth mindset to identify innovative strategies and solutions that enhance customer relationships and drive business expansion.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial principles, including experience with P&L management and pricing strategies to drive profitability.
  • Leverage expertise in supply chain management to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Serve as a customer-facing liaison, building strong relationships with key clients and acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Utilize previous experience and insights from customer-facing roles to gather and translate customer requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in customer program development, operations, and/or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience with financial principles and P&L management, including pricing strategies.
  • Customer-facing background with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
