Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Quebec City.


Under the supervision of the management, you will have to communicate with the customers in order to promote and offer new products when taking orders with them. In addition, you must demonstrate professionalism and offer excellent customer service while standing out for your product knowledge.

Your duties will mainly consist of:

  • Make regular calls on a predefined schedule to promote and sell products while taking orders;
  • Ensure that the client's product portfolio is kept up to date and follow up with them;
  • Solve customer problems in collaboration with the various parties involved;
  • Send all promotional material to customers;
  • Actively participate in blitzes and prebookings by reaching established objectives;
  • Respect the deadlines of the activities;
  • Work diligently on the management of newsletters in order to deliver the merchandise on time;
  • Communicate all relevant information regarding customers to the external sales representatives;
  • Work effectively as a team with the various departments of the company;
  • Process special orders (requisitions) for customers;
  • Maintain the weekly call schedule on the software for this purpose;
  • All other related tasks.

Qualifications and skills required:


  • 12 years of experience in the food and/or sales field;
  • First experience in a similar position;
  • Experience working in a retail store or distribution center (an asset);
  • Excellent knowledge of computer programs: Word; Excel; Outlook 365, Internet Explorer, CRM;
  • Basic knowledge of English.
