Description

Key Responsibilities:

site, sorting, packaging, labeling safe for transportation on the public roadway.
Doing paperwork to be responsible for the load
Responsible for day to day monitoring or assigned project.
Maintain cleanliness of Tools and Equipment and Industrial Services Shop.
Industrial cleaning of chemical non-hazardous and hazardous wastes.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies:

College / University completion of a program with a focus in chemistry
Previous waste management or working with dangerous goods (TDG) experience an asset
A valid G-class license and clean drivers abstract
Current TDGA Certification or ability to be trained / certified
Manifest / Shipment Document Training and comprehension
Inventory Assessment and Sampling
Shipment Preparation, i.e. labeling
Client Interaction & Customer Service
Electric Pump Truck and Skid Stacker Training
Good Verbal / Written Communication Skills
Work Independently
Lab pack Training (sorting, packing, etc.)
Forklift certification would be an asset
