- Must be able to travel occasionally by vehicle.
- Must be able to work irregular hours (on occassion).
- Must have a valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers Licence.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Postsecondary education in Business or Public Administration, Human Resource Management or Financial Administration. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Extensive office administration experience including designing, implementing and maintaining systems and/or processes
- Experience in financial management including budget development, management, monitoring and analysis.
- Broad knowledge of occupational safety, health and risk management principles, policies, practices and legislation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills with experience writing clear and concise documents and reports.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
