Our Vehicle Control Segment manufactures and distributes a full line of critical components for the ignition, electrical, emissions, fuel and safety-related systems of motor vehicles.

Our Temperature Control Segment manufactures and distributes a full line of critical components for the temperature control (air conditioning and heating) systems, engine cooling systems, power window accessories and windshield washer systems of motor vehicles.

Our Engineered Solutions Segment focuses on custom-engineered solutions to diverse global end markets such as commercial vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment, power sports, hydraulics and industrial.

We sell our products primarily to automotive aftermarket retailers, program distribution groups, warehouse distributors, original equipment manufacturers and original equipment service part operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Mexico and other Latin American countries.

We employ approximately 6,100 people in North America, Europe and Asia.

Utilize your keen management and sales abilities to improve team coverage, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet/exceed sales forecasts for your assigned region.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Sales support; Installer sales calls with customer's outside sales people
  • Train customer at all levels on features and benefits of product groups
  • Service support at customer store level and customer distribution centers
  • Deliver Regional sales presentations
  • Involvement with new store product installation and store moves

Job Requirements:


  • Superior presentation, leadership, motivational, analytical and oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Knowledge of sales processes/capabilities, B2B experience.
  • PC proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • University or College degree required.
  • Bilingual English/French is a plus.
