Responsibilities:
- Provide customer with investment solutions.
- Explain the benefits and risks of a financial plan.
- Communicate investment opportunities to customers.
- Present new products and evaluate client service needs.
- Administer customer and company benefits programs.
- Analyze customer account activity and provide solutions and advice.
- Provide customers with general financial guidance.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the financial education program for employees.
