Super Save Group of Companies has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator to work in the Sales Department.A job description can be found below:
Requirements:
- Excellent excel skills including experience with formulas, duplicating workbooks and linking workbooks
- Incredibly detailed oriented
- Must be organized, ability to multitask and meet weekly deadlines
- Must be able to work independently with selfmotivation
- Must use confidentiality on matters when required
- Ability to draft correspondence as directed from executives
- Assisting the Director of Sales
- Providing support and assistance to over 50 sales representatives based throughout Canada
- Responsible for tracking and auditing all sales revenue; preparing a weekly detailed report (including year over year growth) for executives
- Performs research, gathers, compiles and assembles a variety of statistics and information for reports
- Reviews all contracts in building for errors, in completion or incorrect legal business names
This is a permanent, full-time position which offers earning potential of $18-20/hr depending on experience, plenty of room for advancement and a positive, pleasant work environment.
