Requirements:


  • Excellent excel skills including experience with formulas, duplicating workbooks and linking workbooks
  • Incredibly detailed oriented
  • Must be organized, ability to multitask and meet weekly deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently with selfmotivation
  • Must use confidentiality on matters when required
  • Ability to draft correspondence as directed from executives
Job Duties

  • Assisting the Director of Sales
  • Providing support and assistance to over 50 sales representatives based throughout Canada
  • Responsible for tracking and auditing all sales revenue; preparing a weekly detailed report (including year over year growth) for executives
  • Performs research, gathers, compiles and assembles a variety of statistics and information for reports
  • Reviews all contracts in building for errors, in completion or incorrect legal business names


This is a permanent, full-time position which offers earning potential of $18-20/hr depending on experience, plenty of room for advancement and a positive, pleasant work environment.
