Description

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to plan and execute our acquisition marketing strategies in Southwestern Ontario.

The key objectives are to deliver brand and product awareness and drive consideration for Xplore in the specific rural communities we service.

Key responsibilities include:

Plan and execute marketing tactics in all priority markets

KPIs are:

Increase awareness of our brand and services
Drive purchase intent
Develop local communications materials that are demographically and promotionally unique to the market
Support the field and dealer channels on new product launches and promotions
Provide marketing program advice and support to Xplore Authorized Dealers and Field Sales
Act as the brand steward by reviewing/approving materials made by Dealers and Field Sales channels.
Accountable for planning and managing a regional marketing budget.
Identifying opportunities and driving consideration outside of traditional marketing communications such as local events, sponsorships, tactical media, partnerships with local municipalities, organizations, etc.
Closely monitor and share program results; and provide insights on the competition, channel and consumer.
Acting as the voice of the consumer and providing feedback to product and pricing teams
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field
35 years' experience in planning and executing regional marketing programs focused on driving brand awareness and purchase intent
Ability to demonstrate sales growth
An indepth knowledge of advertising with Social Media, specifically Facebook, with a proven record of accomplishment for driving leads
Media buying and creative design experience are strong assets
Strong geographical and demographic knowledge of rural southwestern Ontario
Flexibility to travel throughout the region (approximately 20% of the time)
A high level of proficiency in all MS Office suite products and the ability to work with raw data
Strong ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Experience working in sales would be an asset
Solid project management skills
