Responsibilities
- Client Obsession: Own the client experience at every interaction; enabling clients to self-serve through ATB Prosper but remaining available through digital channels to provide expert advice
- Expert Advice: Utilize the principals of KYC and KYP to understand clients' short and long-term financial goals and needs while recommending the most appropriate strategy
