Responsibilities:


  • Organizing and preparing requisitions for scanning into the EPIC system.
  • Maintaining accurate records of processed requisitions and ensuring proper documentation of completed tasks.
  • Collaborating with the Health Information Management team to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:


  • Current enrollment in a health information management, healthcare administration, or related program preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within established timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and records management systems is an asset but not required.
