Rapportant au Directeur, Génie Logiciel, vous rejoindrez une équipe multidisciplinaire où vous :• Dirigerez les activités de développement quotidiennes de votre équipe, en établissant une direction claire pour tous les membres de l'équipe.
• Réviserez et gérerez la performance de vos rapports directs, et effectuerez des évaluations de performance périodiques.
• Coordonnerez les déjeuners d'équipe, les sorties et les célébrations.
• Partagerez la responsabilité de la santé technique de votre équipe : architecture, bonnes pratiques, fiabilité, sécurité, etc.
• Mentorerez et coacherez les membres de votre équipe afin de les aider à grandir en tant que contributeurs et leaders techniques.
• Passerez 50% de votre temps sur des tâches de développement pratique.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineering to join our Software Engineering team for a permanent position. We are a primarily frontend engineering team, working with Agile methodologies, building tools and web components to create and maintain a suite of white-label loyalty solutions.We're an incredibly motivated and collaborative team working across a breadth of technologies with end-to-end visibility and ownership of our tech stack. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you will join a multidisciplinary team where you will:
• Drive the day-to-day development activities of your team, including establishing a clear direction for all team members.
• Review and manage your direct reports' performance, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Coordinate team lunches, offsites, and celebrations.
• Share responsibility for your team's technical health: architecture, best practices, reliability, security, etc.
• Mentor and coach your team members in order to help them grow as technical contributors and leaders.
• Spend 50% of your time on hands-on development tasks. YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
• Experience leading software projects or development teams.
• Experience building back-end applications.
• Passion for developing others.
• Passion for applying good software design, testing, documentation, and support practices.
