GRILL COOK- MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE
Teddy's was founded in 1980 and has been an institution in Oshawa for over 40 years. We grind our beef in-house, slow cook our meats overnight and make our pies in-house. Our company employs over 200 people and owns three different restaurant concepts.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WHAT TO EXPECT.
For this position, you will be working 37-44 hours per week with two weeks off per year. You will receive two days off a week and a 45minute break per 8-hour shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleanliness of section.
Ensure consistent product quality.
Following closing procedures.
Workplace safety.
Maintain a fantastic workplace culture.
Work the grill, having an understanding for cooking steaks, chicken, burgers... etc.
Good time management, this is a high pressure busy position and you may be cooking for up to 1,000 people per day.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
