Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an ECE part-time.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

This is a part-time position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children.

Duties:

• Plan and implement ageappropriate educational activities for children
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Collaborate with other educators to develop curriculum and lesson plans
• Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

Requirements:

• Full ECE or ECEA certificate
• First Aid certificate
• Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting as an asset (no experience is also okay)
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's needs
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations for childcare centers

Salary:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour

No less than 20 per week
