Required Experience:

Minimum 1 year bartending/server experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Responsible including but not limited to:
Guest experience
Motivating staff staff incentive programs
Legislative compliance
Bar and Marketing programs
General cleanliness
General operations ensuring systems and standards compliance
Required to be available for all shifts required opening, closing, mid shifts, weekends

Legislative certifications preferred

SmartServe, Health & Safety, Food Handling, First Aid
Following all Shoeless Joe's policies and procedures consistently
All other duties as outlined in a detailed job description

This is a combination position, it will be serving with some bartending

$15.50 per hour
