Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Administrator.

As an Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the order process and ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of procurement and vendor management.


Responsibilities:


  • Fabricate purchase orders based on customer requirements and specifications
  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or deliveries
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any orderrelated concerns

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in order administration or related roles preferred
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing (e.g., Moraware)
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problemsolving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the order process

Salary:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
