Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two Category Management Specialists on a permanent basis on our Food team. These positions are a hybrid opportunity and can based in Saskatoon SK, or Calgary AB.

If you enjoy developing category plans using category analytics for local Co-ops and making recommendations on product assortments as part of a highly dynamic Produce team, then this is the right opportunity for you

What you'll do:

You will assist Category Managers with category reviews and product assortment planning to maximize category growth. Including building and communicating advertising plans.

You will collaborate with the Produce Supply Chain team on product distribution and retail communications.
You will assist in introducing new products, planograms, and innovative merchandising by utilizing business intelligence tools.
You will support the analysis on potential growth categories using market intelligence and internal data to meet business objectives driven by KPIs and annual goals.

The Team:

You will work closely with the Produce Supply Chain team, Category Management Specialists and the Zone Operations team and will report into the Category Manager.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

You have
3 years of relevant experience. Retail experience with a preference for Produce would be an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
You have

a degree in marketing or general business.
