    Job Overview

    GILL HOME RENOVATION INC. is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our construction sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership and Supervision: Direct and manage a team of workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and provide training to staff members as needed.
    • Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

    Benefits
