Description
Managing a team of apprentices.- Execution of large scale projects.
- Reading and implementation of blue prints.
- Installation of plumbing systems.
- Maintaining boiler systems.
- Overseeing and performing routine maintenance on boilers and associated equipment, and piping systems, burners, and HVAC units.
- Enforcing safety protocols
- Adjusting controls.
- Keeping service and repair logs
- Communicating with customers or organizations
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements, obtain replacement parts and upgrade components as needed while staying within the budget
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40.00-$52.00 per hour
