Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Process criminal record checks and other relevant screenings.

Call and verify references to ensure the quality of potential hires.

Manage onboarding procedures using our online software.

Assist with answering phones during peak times.

Update google calendars with assessment schedules and communicate any changes promptly.

The office is not located on a bus route, you would need to have a car.

Comfortable with dogs, as our office is pet-friendly.


Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in hiring or human resources preferred.

Proficient in using online software for onboarding processes.


Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.

Comfortable working in a pet-friendly office environment.


Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm


Wage:
$ $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
