Service Drive Through Attendant

Job Summary:

As a Service Drive Through Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support during their visit to our dealership's service drive through.

Your friendly demeanor, passion for cars, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will be the key to success in this role.

You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the automotive industry, with the potential for advancement into Advisor or Technician positions.


Responsibilities:


Greeting Customers:

Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to customers as they arrive at the service drive through, creating a positive first impression.


Vehicle Walkaround:

Conduct an initial inspection of customers' vehicles to identify any visible issues or damages, documenting and reporting them as necessary.


Assisting Customers:
Escort customers to the service advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process. Address any initial inquiries or concerns they may have.

Basic Maintenance:

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing headlight bulbs, wiper blades, and conducting rock chip repairs, efficiently and accurately.

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off: Responsibly pick up and drop off vehicles as required, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other team members to support various tasks and maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.


Qualifications:

Team Player:
Strong ability to work as part of a team and assist colleagues as needed.

Computer Literacy:
Comfortable using relevant software for documentation and communication purposes.

Driver's License:
Possess a Class 5 driver's license. Proficiency in driving manual transmission equipped cars is a bonus.

Willingness to Learn:
Eager to learn new skills and adapt to the evolving automotive industry.

Communication Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Customer-oriented: Innate inclination for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service setting.

Salary:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour
