Speedy Auto Service Waterloo is looking for an Automotive Service Apprentice:
As a
Automotive Service Apprentice you will be supporting in all aspects of the Service Operations.

You will be performing vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned as well as examine vehicles to determine what work is required.

The Automotive Service Apprentice will also support technicians in other tasks, as required.

Job Duties:

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned
Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
Assist Technicians, as required
Perform Tire Rotations, mount and balance and repair of tires.
Drain and fill, flush fluids using specified fluid grades upon request.
Clean or replace batteries upon request.
Replace air, cabin air and fuel filters upon request.
Maintain High level of Customer Service and Satisfaction
Assist with Technical issues as needed
Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Other related tasks

Requirements Skills and Experience:

Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations
Valid G2 or G License with a clean driving record
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Willing to learn more as a part of further personal development
