    Sourcing manager purchasing of 3rd party products - SW, HW and professional services are main categories
    Person will be working in Capital Markets environment, fast paced dynamic role
    Establish strong and credible relationships across the Capital Markets business platform with the objective of understanding the business strategy and direction
    Negotiate agreements, MSA, transaction schedules, SOW, amendments of legal documents relevant to 3rd party engagements
    Will liaison with SME and compliance, IT security
    Will write/create RFP, RFQ, RFIs need to be well versed with creating these
    Negotiate contracts and ability to interpret legal terms of contracts
    Understand savings and cost
    Will work closely with supply management office and several other procurement teams
    Sourcing Manager - Capital Markets - 3rd Party Contract Purchasing - Mandatory Skills
    Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent to a 4-year university program in relevant discipline or related Supply Chain or Procurement Designation
    5+ years of relevant technology experience in Strategic Sourcing working in the Canadian space dealing with SW, HW and professional services
    Candidate must have Capital Markets experience to understand the industry (general banking is not a replacement, must be CM specific)
    Great understanding of commercial and non-commercial provisions of Third-party documentation
    Seasoned contract negotiator who can understand and exploit points of leverage including leveraging contracts terms/conditions to optimize cost structures and minimize risk
    Strong financial modeling and analytical skills to identify and support negotiation strategies
    Well versed in writing/creating RFP, RFQ, RFIs
    Should have ability to be final decision maker on a purchase (work with vendor, assess risk, proof of whether cost & purchase is a good decision)
