Bridgewall Systems is a leading manufacturer specializing in glass office partitions, catering to architects, designers, and contractors across Canada. We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This role will work closely with a regional Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our sales initiatives and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Business Development Manager (BDM): Work in tandem with the BDM to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on project leads and inquiries to nurture client relationships and identify potential sales opportunities.

Client Assistance: Provide guidance and information to clients regarding project-specific queries and product offerings.

Meeting and Presentation Support: Assist the BDM in scheduling meetings and presentations with clients, contributing to successful business interactions.

Territory Planning: Aid the BDM in planning trips, identifying priority clients to visit, and organizing the logistics for efficient travel.

CRM Management: Ensure accurate data entry and management within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain organized records and streamline communication.

Marketing Campaigns: Support in the management and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Market Research & Prospecting:Conduct market research activities to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and contribute to prospecting efforts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the construction or architectural industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being selfmotivated and independent.
Salary:
$40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Inside sales: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
