The Change Management Coordinator contributes to the company's success by ensuring that the changes within the organization are documented and analyzed by the correct cross functional teams.


THE MANDATE:

  • Organize and maintain all documentation as it relates to changes within the facility; Process, Equipment, Ingredient, Formulation, Labeling, Packaging, Allergens, Procedures, and Forms.
  • Collaborate with a cross functional team to make sure all documentation is correct and all risks are reviewed.
  • Review and coordinate changes in formula and bill of materials into Microsoft DAX ERP system.
  • Assist the Quality Assurance and Operations Managers in managing local, state, customer/third party, and federal audits and inspections.
  • Trend and analyze Nonconformity data other QA data for continual improvement
  • Provide coaching, education and training of management staff and plant employees for Quality Assurance; seek assistance as needed from other training resources.
  • Ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and compliance with company standards
  • Able to provide GMP training for new hires
  • Able to work with supplier for approval process
  • Participate in tractability Exercise
  • Able to work with certification bodies such as kosher, organic etc.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Post-Secondary education in Food Science, Business Administration or a related field; or equivalent of 35 years hands on experience in the food industry.
  • Advanced experience with Sharepoint 2016 administration and Workflow FoundationsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel and working with Power Query Add-On
  • Experience working in a foodmanufacturing environment considered an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multitask, work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX considered a strong asset.

$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
