Responsibilities:


  • Designing customized menus for offsite catering events, tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements
  • Preparing highquality Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Managing food preparation and cooking at offsite locations, ensuring timely service and presentation
  • Overseeing kitchen staff and coordinating logistics for offsite events
  • Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally at all times
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a chef specializing in Italian cuisine
  • Previous experience in offsite catering, preferably as a personal chef
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfdriven with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
