Mongo's Grill Polo Park is looking for a hardworking Buffet Line Attendant (Fixin) to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure food on the buffet lines are filled and area is cleaned at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to guests at all times.
  • Store food products in appropriate areas.
  • Follow proper food safety practices to prevent food contamination and/or spoilage.
  • Follow all directions and guidelines given by the shift manager or supervisor.
  • Work at a fast pace to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for maybe 5 hours per day.
  • Assist with daily cleaning duties, including but not limited to: mopping, dusting, sweeping, cleaning surfaces, dispose of trash in an appropriate manner, sanitize work area, clean windows.

Compensation:
