We are looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to our corporate team


What You'll Do

• Collaborate with c level stakeholders to align our SaaS product roadmap with our strategic goals
• Work with the Product Owner to define epics and user stories
• Translate business strategy, vision, and customer insights into clear product requirements
• Work closely with the process team to ensure technical specifications align with organizational goals and objectives
• Create documentation around process requirements
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the software delivery process and team culture

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience in the Information Technology space
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders alike, as well as the ability to liaison between groups
• Strong strategic skills, with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans
• Ability to breakdown and prioritize complex requirements into clear specifications
• Self directed, proactive, and able to define and execute projects

Nice To Have's

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field of study
• Experience working with executive stakeholders
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, as well as a solid understanding of data models and entity relationships
• Experience working in an agile environment; CSM or CSPO certification is an asset
