RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Enter, process, correct and record manufacturing orders using company programs including spreadsheets.
  • Process all order documentation, corrections, and factory correspondence in a timely fashion.
  • Filing and maintenance of general and project files.
  • Update and maintain technical binder library and sales literature.
  • Record keeping for production files and jobs, updating, and editing current production schedules.
  • Update, maintain and communicate company distribution lists.
  • Perform reception duties as back up on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repair of office copiers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with high level of accuracy.
  • Should be a team player and have the ability to work independently.
  • A customer service background is an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software would be preferred.
  • Ability to learn software quickly.
