Our expectations:


The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the continuous inventory system by producing and generating various reports and investigating inventory adjustments.

This position is a key go-to for store operations and works with a high level of autonomy. If you love problem-solving, are committed to data integrity, and have superb attention to detail, we have a great career opportunity for you


Your role:


  • Generate and analyze various reports such as sales margin analysis, purchase order activity, and check out error records
  • Enter and adjust store use inventory, cycle counting batches, and other inventoryrelated data
  • Conduct price override adjustments
  • Collect, receive authorization, input, and file SIU forms
  • Investigate scanning issues and review generic (dump) SKUs and invoices
  • Investigate miscellaneous data integrity issues as they arise
  • Troubleshoot IT issues with store operations

The qualifications we are looking for:

  • Ability to maintain accurate data integrity
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide support to other team members
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Detailoriented and strong organizational skills
  • Prior retail, warehouse receiving, and logistic experience an asset
