Description

We are hiring a glass fabrication technician on behalf of our client who provides edge cutting and polishing services for their clients.

We are currently looking for a Fabricator to join their growing team We are looking for individuals with experience in:

  • Measuring materials accurately using a tape measure
  • Fabricating materials for production
  • Cutting glass is an assest
  • Installing hardware on screens / windows / doors
  • Performing shipping / receiving duties: receive stock, sort and tag inventory
  • Using hand and power tools including chop saw and table saw
  • Picking up materials as needed (valid "G" Driver's Licence is required)
  • Other warehouse duties as required Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be willing to learn and accept instruction
  • Must have good time management skills
  • Must be punctual and have reliable attendance
  • Must have a valid "G" Driver's Licence and an acceptable driver's abstract

Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Welding (preferred)
