Front Counter Sales (HVAC)
We are currently hiring a Front Counter Sales Representative.

As a Counter Help team member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clientele.

Responsibilities:

Provide instore customer assistance.
Assist customers in selecting the right products for their HVAC needs, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Handle telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked with products for resale.
Address and resolve customer disputes and complaints.

Job Requirements:

Training will be provided.
Mandatory HVAC knowledge.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to serve contractors, installers, and the general public.
Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and management in a busy work environment.
