    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage our company's marketing initiatives.
    • Educate and inspire franchisees to align with our new branding.
    • Develop and implement effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
    • Drive lead generation efforts and analyze campaign effectiveness.
    • Travel to brokerages for in-person meetings with members.
    • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, brochures, and digital content.
    • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity through consistent design elements.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Ability to work on-site and own a vehicle for travel.
    • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing.
    • Experience in leading successful lead-generation campaigns.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Outgoing personality with a talent for inspiring others.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
    • Excellent understanding of branding, design principles, and visual communication.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
