Description

The role of the Project Estimator is to complete detailed project estimates according to the client's specifications, budget and design.

Specifically, the role of Estimator focuses on supporting the Estimating Team to achieve weekly sales targets.

We are looking for someone who will complement our current staff and will be able to work as an integral team member, estimating high-end residential and construction projects.

We require someone with a background in engineering who will be able to work effectively with mínimal supervision. To be successful in this role, you must be organized, efficient, and have previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing estimates, meeting with estimating team and clients, dealing with client issues and concerns.

You will also be submitting tender and bid documents.

This is a fast paced environment that requires a person that excels in taking initiative and has great attention to detail.

Most of the work will be in office.


Responsibilities

• Able to work in fastpaced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain highlevel of product knowledge relating to Fireplace/Gas units
• Dealing with clients, problem solving
• Prepare quotations, bids and tender documents
• Prepare and keep uptodate a detailed client binder with estimating sheets
• Prepare for client presentations

• Attention to detail
• Ability to respond to customer requests and issues in an effective and timely manner
• Excellent command of oral and written English language
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
