Description
Verify receipts, income tax returns, financial statements, ledgers, and other documents pertaining to finances within an organization- File income tax returns
- Communication with clients and follow up.
- Follow up and supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable with customers and vendors.
- Supervise the bookkeeping of the companies
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Oversee payroll administration
- Provide tax consultation services to clients
