Description
Verify receipts, income tax returns, financial statements, ledgers, and other documents pertaining to finances within an organization

  • File income tax returns
  • Communication with clients and follow up.
  • Follow up and supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable with customers and vendors.
  • Supervise the bookkeeping of the companies
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Provide tax consultation services to clients
