Description

Duties:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with training and development programs for employees
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the office
  • Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems
  • Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Assist with medical office management tasks as required

Skills:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities
  • Previous experience in team management is a plus
Bilingual with FRENCH


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
$27.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
