Build TOTAH — Security Services Marketplace App (Stripe payments, Admin approvals, EN/FR/RU)Job Description (Short)
We are launching TOTAH (Tactical Operations, Trusted Agents Hub) — a marketplace app to book verified security providers on the French Riviera (St-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Menton).
Client + Provider app flows (booking, in-app chat, service start/end confirmation)
Admin dashboard to approve providers, manage disputes, manage zones, and handle reassignments
Payments in-app with platform commission and scheduled payouts
App languages:
English / French / Russian
Key rules (must match exactly)
Platform commission: 22% per completed booking
Provider payout:
J+14 after completion is locked
Client confirms completion within 48h or auto-confirm
Providers: 3 months free, then €35/month subscription to remain active
Provider profiles must be reviewed/approved within 48h after document submission
Start confirmation required:
both provider and client acknowledge service start in the app (and service end)
No-show replacement: if assigned provider does not show, TOTAH may reassign to another provider without charging the client extra. In that case, TOTAH platform fee becomes 10% (instead of 22%) for that booking.
