Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

Note, this position is flexible and will grow over time to include responsibilities in these areas:
Bookkeeping functions - including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reporting etc.

Government reporting - GST remittances, WCB etc.

Safety coordination - maintaining safety records and assisting with site visits and annual CSAM COR audits

Vehicle fleet tracking

Payroll and benefits assistance

Office Support


Experience:

Secondary schooling preferred

Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience, ideally including QuickBooks Online

Proficient in Microsoft suite - outlook, excel, word, exchange. Sitedocs would be an asset.

High attention to detail and organization

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Self starter and motivated

Construction and construction safety knowledge would be an asset
