Location Requirements:
Must legally reside in Canada.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information in both French and English
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and guide users through stepbystep solutions, while simultaneously navigating through multiple systems

Qualifications:


  • Can speak and write both in French and English Fluently
  • You are 18+ years of age
  • You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
  • You can pass a criminal background check
  • You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
  • You work well with a team or independently
  • You are able to commit 40 working hours per week
  • You have previous call center experience
  • Financial, accounting and book keeping experience is an asset

Equipment and Inernet Requirements

  • Internet Speed 5.0 Mbps download speed and 3.0 Mbps upload speed
  • Home outer with wired link to PC
  • Desktop computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Chromebook and Android systems are not compatible)
  • Dual Monitors
