Location Requirements:
Must legally reside in Canada.

Core Responsibilities:

Handle inbound service calls and provide accurate account and product information in both French and English
Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues and guide users through stepbystep solutions, while simultaneously navigating through multiple systems

Qualifications:

Can speak and write both in French and English Fluently
You are 18+ years of age
You have a high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
You can pass a criminal background check
You are eager to advance your career with a reliable company
You work well with a team or independently
You are able to commit 40 working hours per week
You have previous call center experience
Financial, accounting and book keeping experience is an asset

Internet Speed 5.0 Mbps download speed and 3.0 Mbps upload speed
Home outer with wired link to PC
Desktop computer with Windows 10 (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Chromebook and Android systems are not compatible)
