RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Requisition Processing
- Ensure customer files are saved and organized in compliance with Microart document control standards.
- Ensure customer's requests for quotes are processed as follows:
- Create templates same day quote request is received
- Replies to "Consigned customers" within 24 hours
- Replies for "Boards only" within 48 hours
- "Turnkey orders" within 5 days
- Track obsolescence and NCNR (Nonreturnable, noncancellable) components; convey reports to customers, and provide solution.
- Ensure customer's purchase orders are processed daily, and delivery confirmed within 24 hours.
- Update and ensure the accuracy of Dynamic data:
- Client information
- Address, contact names, products sold, special requests.
- Sales Order, Production Order, Finished Good Item Card is complete and updated.
- Respond to all client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Identify large volume customers and bring to the attention of your manager.
- Proactively solicit and action customer feedback.
- Procurement and Quoting of Materials
- Verify customer's most uptodate information on file, and import BOMs.
- Ensure material orders are placed in a timely manner, committing to your LPIH (Last Part in House) date.
- Update MSI BOM on the fileserver to reflect spending.
- Perform MRO (Maintenance, repair and operations) purchasing on an ongoing basis.
- Other duties as assigned by management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 years customer service work experience, ideally in electronics manufacturing environment
- Able to work in a high changed / fastpaced environment under tight deadlines
- Experience with MRP systems (ideally Dynamics)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel skills)
- Effective communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Effective organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Dedicated, professional attitude; enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Bonus if completed or aiming to complete PMAC/CGP or other related supply chain/logistics courses
MINIMUM TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Microart Services Supply Chain procedures (i.e. quoting, buying, gerber files)
- Basics of negotiation
- Communication
- Overview of Microart Services sales process
- Component Identification
- Overview of Technical Writing
