West Coast Gardens is growing and looking to build their team for their gorgeous newly built 38000 square foot destination garden centre.
West Coast Floral is known for their family values, innovative thinking and exceptional industry standards.They are situated on 24 acres with over 3 million plants grown annually with a gorgeous destination garden centre specializing in ethically homegrown plants for your home and garden.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating our online store
- Delegating fulfillment tasks
- Creating signs for the store
- Sending orders to suppliers
- Entering orders into the POS system
- Coordinating deliveries
- Fulfilling purchase orders
- Providing cashier support
- Setting up promotions for the POS system
Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of POS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Available to work weekends
- Bonus if you enjoy plants
