SUMMARY OF POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the planning & delivery of all digital solutions in partnership with Design, Engineering and Technology departments, as directed by Project and Account Managers
  • Procure technology and manage technology distributors for hardware, software and services
  • Ensure projects adhere to established framework and extensive documentation is maintained such as to develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements for various digital initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors who support in project delivery and ongoing client care
  • Partner with Senior Specialist, Audio Visual Engineering to continuously improve digital solutions
  • Work with designers to build content shows from digital assets, per defined content strategy
  • Proactively identify, communicate and resolve risks or challenges that would prevent us from delivering flawlessly and work across the organization to resolve and build technical knowledge
  • Interface between our design, engineering and production teams to support the delivery of complex environments and experiences on time, on budget and to our Gold Standard
  • Lead digital support services covering technical support, content management and client training
  • Ensure that digital solutions meet quality and performance standards, overseeing testing and validation processes.
  • Supervise site work and identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization of digital operations, making recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED


Program Manager, Digital Solutions Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience working in digital media, audio visual technology and experiential design
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organization
  • Grace and professionalism under pressure
  • Positive attitude with a genuine desire to drive business growth
  • Ability to solve problems through experience and critical thinking
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment, involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of digital signage, digital media, and/or experiential design is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as workback scheduling, resource management, forecasting and work activity planning in cloud software such as SmartSheet and Microsoft 36
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid Ontario driver's license is a requirement
