Description
_We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processing of orders, and maintaining a safe working environment.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits._


Duties:


  • Supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet production goals
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Operate forklifts (Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach) and other warehouse equipment as needed
  • Assist with picking and packing orders when needed, using RF Scanners

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in computerized inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
  • Forklift license and experience required: Counterbalance, Walkie, Raymond Reach
  • Comfortability working in a freezer and cold environments

Time: 3pm - 11pm with flexibility to work other shifts as well.

Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per hour
