    Snow Removal and Landscape Maintenance Worker


    The Snow Removal & Landscape Maintenance Worker at Edon Management is a full‑time, permanent role responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of commercial properties year‑round—from snow removal in winter to landscape maintenance in the warmer months.

    Major Responsibilities

    • Perform snow removal and landscaping duties—shoveling, blowing, sweeping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep.
    • Inspect building grounds regularly to ensure professional appearance and contract compliance.
    • Plant, water, and maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and other greenery.
    • Help install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor equipment.
    • Identify and report safety hazards or damage.
    • Respond promptly to work requests or emergencies, especially during snow or storm events.
    • Represent Edon positively with clients, tenants, and subcontractors.
    • Work safely, show initiative, and contribute to a team‑focused environment.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is an asset.
    • Good command of the English language (written and verbal).
    • Strong customer care and communication skills.
    • Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance.
