We are currently looking for a

People and Digital Project Associate to join our People and Digital

team as a term for an upcoming project.


Accountabilities:

Reporting to the

Manager, Business Transformation, the People and Digital Project Associate will share the overall accountability for the successful implementation of a large HR process and technology project to replace the current talent acquisition system.


Specific accountabilities include:


  • Document meeting minutes and produce action plans and followup on action items as needed ;
  • Create & maintain a project SharePoint & MS Teams site to manage critical project documentation and workflow processes;
  • Prepare and deliver employee communication, presentations, and correspondence;
  • Manage logistics for projectrelated activities including stakeholder meetings and other engagement sessions ;
  • Ensure effective communication with key project stakeholders;
  • Assist in monitoring of project performance and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager to ensure appropriate action is taken;
  • Assist the project team in improving processes to support effective project delivery and implementation;
  • Develop Training & Learning documentation for the system (knowledge bases, FAQs etc.) ;
  • Administer the project management software/systems and training to new members as needed;
  • Other administrative support as needed.

Competencies, Education and Experience:


  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline ;
  • Two (2) plus years progressive experience in Human Resources, Communications, and/or leading people and programs;
  • Experience working on projects from inception to completion, including a familiarity with the project management lifecycle;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, resolve issues/problems, prioritize workload, and to be flexible to meet and adapt to changes in organizational priorities;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, including the ability to respond professionally, courteously, and in a clear manner;
  • Demonstrated research skills and ability to identify/communicate/present trends, and prepare and present recommendations ;
  • Eager and adept at jumping in and supporting the team where and when needs arise.
