Responsibilities:

Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges
Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations
Build trustbased relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk
Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively
Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fastpaced and everchanging environment
Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills
Understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner
Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
