Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
Assess and secure vehicles for transport using appropriate equipment and techniques
Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their concerns
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each service call

Valid class 1, 3 or 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
Commercial driving experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor automotive repairs
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in highpressure situations
