We currently looking for a full-time permanent
HR Coordinator.
What your day to day looks like:
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Leads first day orientation and prepares new hire employee folder.
- Gatekeeper for job descriptions across the organization.
- Accountable for providing weekly and biweekly recruitment and attendance metrics.
- Ensures performance reviews for hourly staff are completed and tracked.
- Supports operational team on performance and attendance matters for hourly staff.
- Assist staff across all organizational levels with HR related enquiries.
- Assists with organizing training sessions.
- Actively participates in coordinating recognition and social events for staff to ensure a strong company culture and boost morale.
- Provides front desk back up support for breaks daily.
What you bring to us:
- 5+ years in Human Resources, manufacturing environment experience an asset.
- Education in human resources or related field.
- CPHR Designation or working towards it a strong asset.
- Selfstarted and comfortable to lead process improvement.
- Ability to prioritize time and resources.
- Strong working knowledge of Employment Standards & knowledge of employment law.
- Comfortable with high volume recruitment.
- Proven experience handling highly confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
